"Spoons Riverside is remarkable. The location is striking, with a view of the Little Murray River, with a view of the Paddle Steamer Pyap and Pioneer Settlement hard to beat the ambience here. The wine and beer selection was fantastic to complement the rich aromas of delicious meals. A scream to the staff, all were very friendly, attentive and full of fun. The service was fast, but really people, take your time and enjoy this slice of life in the country! Another thing to consider the COVID 19 management here was excellent, this level of hygiene is very soothing and is very accepted by the professional way to keep cartridges safe. "We had dinner here on a Sunday night, it was relatively quiet. There is a separate bistro eating area but we chose to sit in the bar area so we could watch the football. We ordered a pumpkin soup to share and grilled barramundi, both daily specials. The soup came, nice and warm within 10 minutes, and was thick and tasty. The meals were brought less than 10 minutes after we'd finished the soup and were nice and hot and a very good size. Great value for money."
