"I feel like this place is pretty hyped up. Yeah a couple things are good but 4.6? nope. I would rather give it like a 4.1 rating. Yeah the tandoori fried chicken stuff is good but look at my picture of the nugget. It reminds me of like Burger King nuggets 10 for $1. Skip the fries here, they?re not good either. I found that the sandwiches in the hoagie buns are better. Would I go back? Probably if I?m in the area?but there is so much selection in the area. Who knows. I?d say try it but don?t believe all the hype."

"This is usually my favorite Keg, and I am changing my review from 5 stars to 2. I went for my husband's birthday and we were seated right away. After we were seated to the table, the tables surrounding us were seated as well. Those two tables got prompt service bread their drinks right away well we did not get a welcome or our bread for 20 minutes. We had one server greet us after about 10 minutes of sitting there, took our appetizer order, our drink order, and my daughter's food order. We still did not receive our bread and another server I think he was a manager came around brought us our drinks and our bread. A third server came around and brought my daughter's food which had cold fries and she did not get her vegetable sticks appetizer until after her food came. We placed our order with our new server and a while later our food came out. My husband's steak was cooked fine mine was burnt. I did tell the server and she agreed that it was definitely burnt and the manager ended up coming over. She did offer a new steak. I did tell her that we were already waiting a long time for our food and I didn't really feel like waiting another half an hour for my steak she tried her best to accommodate she did end up bringing out a steak but by that time my husband's food was already finished. I was very disappointed in the whole meal from beginning to end including the experience but the manager and our server were both very nice and the manager did explain about a server change or something along the lines and did end up taking off my steak and drinks off of our bill, but my husband whose birthday it was still ended up eating by himself and I did pay for his steak. Imagine eating by yourself on your birthday. The whole experience was very underwhelming and I am extremely disappointed. I did leave two stars one star for the server and one star for the manager but unfortunately I don't know if we will ever return again."

The staff was polite and actually helped me decide what to eat after asking me a few questions about my preference (vegetarian, spice levels, etc.)All staff were wearing a mask properly.The restroom was very clean and well maintained too."
