"Sublime. This was the best lunch I have had in decades, never mind years. Fabulous food (I had the lobster ravioli, the Dover sole and the crepes suzettes), great wine list and a really lovely atmosphere. I really could not praise this restaurant more than I have, except to say if I could have given it 6 stars I would have done so!"

"Food was of good quality and we enjoyed the meal. The restaurant has been updated since we went a while ago with the booths which are a great idea. Service however was a bit patchy with some staff more attentive than others and we had to remind a couple of times chasing starter and drinks. But we got there and the food was pretty good and we had a good evening. A suggestion that the restaurant needs to rethink the water display which was above our table. Doesn’t suit the old building and looks a bit out of place but it isn’t great to sit under as the entire meal is eaten under this weird blue light. My wife found it difficult to read the menu and I actually found at the end of the meal my eyes were getting sore this can be seen in the attached photos. Anyway food was good and I would go back!"
