"Don’t, just don’t. I can’t ever remember having a worse meal anywhere in the world. Service was slow and appalling and how much had one of the staff had to drink?….totally disheveled and uncoordinated. As for the food, I had cat sick yellow coloured butter dish that tasted worse than a Homepride cooking sauce out of a jar. We will never return, as Gordon Ramsey would say… “what a shame”"

"I came here for breakfast when working in Woking. The cafe is in the town centre and has indoor and outdoor seating. You can get a wide range of breakfasts and they’re all really big portions but still quite cheap well worth a visit"

"Amazing food, until I got food poisoning. The food from Sokury was always very tasty and had a wide selection and variety. However, my partner and I decided to both get prawn katsu curries from here. The prawns for mine were all taken from the till, whilst the majority of my partners were taken from the kitchen. Later that evening, my partner complained of stomach pains, however felt better soon after. I, at first, felt fine. However I then spent the majority of that night and the following 2 days vomiting and bedbound. It was such a shame as we have purchased takeaways from Sokury in the past and they were always very good. However we won't be ordering from here again becuase of this experience."

"I've eaten with 3 friends in the anchor last Thursday. we were warmly welcomed, but had to wait for our courts to come. two of the party had chosen the burger, two the venison, the very attractive on the map. the venison came on cold plates quite a past after the burgers. the court looked nice, but was cold. it was taken away and replaced, on slightly warm tellers, but eating was best tepid. the two who eat the burgers said that their meals were not as hot as this. the side dish of the fritten was hot and perfectly acceptable. Those who chose the pears for pudding have chosen themselves well. it was delicious! we spoke our disappointment about the main courses and were not accused for them. that was a welcome and generous gesture. I can only accept (and hope) that there was a problem in the kitchen this day and that the anchor normally serves warm dishes that pierce hot on hot plates. we are happy to have a restaurant in the good food guide in front of our doorstep and look forward to a happier experience at our next visit."

"Called in after a walk at RHS Wisley. We both had hot home made sausage rolls (made that morning) with small leaf salad. Choice of strength of coffee beans for cappachino and my husband had a hot chocolate. Lovely comfy sofas upstairs, felt snug and warm after very cold walk. Lovely to have food and drinks brought to the table rather than queuing at Wisley and less choice there too."

"3.80 lunch meat (battered sausage chips) £1.45 curry sauce (this place takes card payments) not a bad price and was also all freshly cooked, this meant waiting outside for 5 minutes (due to covid) but it is nice to see them according to rules and to allow only 1 person in a time. also the quality of food was good, and the portion size, although not massive, I would say the perfect size, especially for lunch. a thing that made this place/meal point out was the face that it was placed in a cardboard box instead of being thrown into a paper pack. the curry sauce was actually sauce and not watery as some place, it could be used to their chips, which was good. I would rate this place 9/10 and the only reason I have labeled it below is because the broken sausage was quite fat, which they are always, but that was a little extra fat compared to normal"
