"Visited one Sunday and found they do a buffet menu til 8pm, as I'm not a lover of Indian buffets, always find them basic, but had a look and was surprised to find most of what I would have ordered was available. Good food and service with a nice atmosphere, would definitely visit again."

"Been to this pub several times for food always been good, but the last 2 times we’ve been was very disappointing, the chips on nearly everyone’s food yesterday were undercooked, we did complain and were offered potatoes instead, for the price you pay( not cheap) I expect better, also 3 of us have been I’ll overnight with bad stomachs, I’m not saying it’s the food as the rest of us have been ok, but it’s a coincidence that everyone who had chicken has been I’ll, anyway we will now be giving this pub a wide birth as things have gone downhill with the food."

"Received half a portion of prawn karahi and burnt saag paneer , when I called and explained the situation , I was told “5er off next bill” , I proceeded to tell the guy that there would not be a next time at this rate. So asked if he could resolve my issue then and there as it had ruined my Friday evenings eating experience with my partner. I was shouted at down the phone , told “You don’t know what a portion looks like” , “you don’t order prawn dishes all the time so how would You know?” and literally the words “you are wrong” After getting nothing but a stressed out manager who’s who’s attitude was as burnt as the tofu consistency paneer I’d been unlucky enough to receive , I was forced to hang up the phone . I have never been spoken to like that by someone who supposedly provides a service of any kind that I pay for. Truly abhorrent and disrespectful behaviour towards me will ensure I never eat there again. The food is usually ok, but tonight it wasn’t and when I politely requested that be sorted , I get hounded by some ignorant man who has the customer service skills of a tracheotomy. I appreciate everyone has off days , and that goes with the food too. But I’m reasonable, and the guy was not , when given the chance to resolve , he inflamed the situation by shouting at me for not agreeing with him ?! I’ll be leaving any review with pictures of the meagre portions and burnt curry so see for yourself. Do yourself a favour , throw all previous pre conceptions of what a “portion” is out the window , embrace you’re sadomasochistic vibes, as you won’t be spoken to like this unless you pay for it in a basement in Prague on a stag weekend. And prepare to have you’re opinions shot down like a Luftwaffe pilot during the Battle of Britain. Truly vile experience."

"As always the food was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly we had set valentines menu and there was enough choice to suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and very helpful couldn't ask for anything more."
