Don't let the fact that is connected to a mall in Florence, KY fool you. This will be some of the best seafood you will have in your life. Also the owner was also super friendly and genuine. "I tried to order a delivery last night and I had to repeat my order several times and told him I had coupon and was telling me my pizza would be $30 then told me I couldn't get extra mushroom sauce on my hoagie...at this point I was so frustrated I hung up got dressed and went to Strong's Pizzeria. Will probably never order from Papa John's again."

"Just did a Togo order and everyone was friendly except the guy cutting the pizza and giving it to people. I asked for marinara to dip my bread sticks in and he rolled his eyes, sighed, and slammed a cup of it at me. I feel like a Karen saying something but if I would have known it was that big of a deal that he would have slammed it down at me I wouldn’t have asked for it. I’d definitely come back but probably wouldn’t stay if I saw him working, just unpleasant. He was a bigger guy with a redish beard that didn’t fit into his mask. If you go just don’t ask him for anything after he puts the pizza on top of the counter."

"Pizza arrived with top of box dented/crushed, when opened found that a good portion of the toppings were stuck to the box cover. In addition our requested thin crust arrived with edges burnt crispy. It was necessary for us to cut all pieces as none were through in order to pull apart. After spending $30 I will be going elsewhere for our pizza next time."
