"Strictly about the milk tea. Strong chemical taste. I didn't realise they did milk tea so decided to try it here. They were a little busy and staff was friendly. I got a normal milk tea and my brother got a coffee milk tea with tapioca boba. Normal thing we always get when we get milk/boba tea. Something is wrong with it here. Took 2 sips and had to throw both away. Strong chemical taste. Wouldn't recommend anyone getting any versions of the milk tea here."

"I just want to shout out who ever was running the store last night. What a wonderful woman. I was dinning in with my mother and our order was taking an unusual amount of time. I went and asked about it and was apologized to and assured my order would be right out, which it was. We began to eat and what I assume was the manager came over to the table and set the money for our order on the table and said we never should of had to wait that long for our food. What an amazing woman. I want to be very clear that I did NOT ask for a refund, I was not being a Karen or anything like one, she simply felt it was the right thing to do. This woman deserves a huge raise if anyone above her reads this!!! She made the bad day I was having end with a smile on my face. Thank you!!"

"If that was the first chick Fil-A I had ever visited, I would never visit another. the speed and ease of use for which chick Fil-A was previously known. here they only get lazy, unfriendly employees (the more likely to chat with each other than to help a customer) and wait a ridiculously long time. absolutely the slowest and worst service I have experienced lately, and there are many terrible customer service out there! I will never return to this restaurant based on today's lack of service."

"My Best friend, her daughter, and I went out to lunch. I just moved here, and they came to visit. We went all out! Queso (So good!!! Didn't taste like Velveeta which I appreciate. We each had a meal that had us crying TY to the food gods!! However the best was still yet to come!! Dessert wad LITERALLY HEAVEN! I can't wait to bring my husband! "Haven't been for a couple years after I moved away from Sherman but we had no wait despite being very busy. The only thing I noticed was that the portion sizes were much smaller than they use to be. The chicken fried steak was about half the size I remembered . I thought I had gotten the lunch special but was assured it was not . Still will go back again !"
