A must place to go and eat. If you are any where near I'd definitely visit this restaurant. Very reasonable prices, they give you the 'chefs specials' but if not ask the lady for the recommendations as we found they were spot on. The chef came out to check everything was ok with the meal. Dishes with potential but all missing the mark. Starter of mackerel pate was of supermarket standard (may well have been supermarket produce). We had main dishes of skate and monkfish cheek, both tasty but very heavy. Desert - a cold tart with some tired strawberries halved on top,served warm and with a little more tlc would have been so much better. Overall a very disappointing meal. View all feedback.
