What Ben Chapman doesn't like about Culver’s:
To start, the order took over 30 minutes. We asked, and our order was ready, but was never taken out. 4 shakes, (our order) were completely melted. We went back and asked for money back, and took at least 5 minutes to get their act together, and didn't say a word handing it back to us. Employee name was Aaron, a skinny guy. Terrible service.
