I go there every once in a while because the food is good... every now and then... One day I get my chipotle wrap with perfectly cooked fries within 10-15 minutes and the next day I get a wrap with no chipotle, the fries are not warm or over-cooked and I get everything 25-35 minutes after ordering (even when it's not busy).
