I have been a customer here multiple times a day for over 12yrs!! morning hot coffee is great but the ice coffee's totally disgusting!! Way to many scoops of coffee being brewed in one pot.it looks like mud even after putting 2 creams .tired of wasting my money on coffee that is gross these past few months are the worst maybe hire people who put in SOME effort to make things right the first time instead of giving rud...
