Nice menu at a correct price with some “amuses” with a variety of tomatoes in a small salad, a granité or apple sorbet with a small “pipette” of pommeau liquor (calvados with apple juice, fermented) and a white fish with a lobster bisque sauce followed by a nice selection of cheeses or a panacotta with fresh red fruits.
