We have loved Chilli's for years but the food is not as good as it used to be. Classic nachos have changed, runny and undercooked. French fries were soggy and had an odd texture, as if they had been thawed and refrozen and then cooked. Finally I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a slice of onion. It's a normal Midwest thing.
