I would have given 5 ’s but the last 2 times I went to the Bristow location the service was not friendly or great! The cookies are usually wonderful but again the last time I was at crumbl in Bristow I ended up throwing away my cookie. It was supposed to be served warm I had no idea it was cold hard as a rock which made it awful! View all feedback.

Anyone saying the customer service is amazing is a straight up liar. These little girls are some of the rudest. I ordered ahead to avoid waiting but what a fail. Nobody says a word to you upon entering, my order was suppose to be ready at 5pm and i didn’t get it until 5:15. Definitely wouldn’t come here View all feedback.
