Preordered my daughters Ice cream birthday cake in advanced. Arrived on pick up day with news that one of the staff accidentally sold my daughters cake to another customer! Cake was remade but looked a rush mess! Paid extra for a custom print out photo to be added on top but ended up with a icing draw on that looked terrible.
