I visit many BWW across the Northeast and this was absolutely the most disappointing. Wait time for a table was 45 minutes for 4 people. 75% of the tables were open. There were a total of 9 tables occupied in addition to the bar. Many employees wandering around and conversing at a table like they were all on break .
