First time eating at Rootb's today. We sat outside overlooking the golf course. It was a beautiful evening with a beautiful view. Entrees had unique touches and very flavorful. The best part was the service. Erica, our waitress, was friendly, offered outstanding customer service and kept any eye on us during the entire evening. Thank you Erica. We will be back!! Fooled me twice.... Second time in a row they screwed up our dinner. Ordered a cheeseburger medium, served it well done and burned.. Took 20 minutes to bring out a new one. My wife ordered quesadillas, they left off the ricotta cheese. Then brought out cold cheese in a cup on the side and told us to put it on ourselves.
