For me Pennautier Castle is one of the best restaurants around Carcassonne. But now I'm disappointed. We booked 31 the night for the New Year's meal. Ideal for a meal between comrades, a quick and careful service and authentic dishes.
Come and visit the cellar. Excellent reception and very good tasting. I highly recommend!
