For 20 years I have seen Jim's around town, but never went to one. Boy, was I missing out!!!! Their food is great! The servers are SO friendly!! Even the manager is super friendly! REALLY love going there! The portions are usually really good for the price. Everyone in our family really enjoys their food! I love the food that Jim's offers, but I did not have a real positive experience at this location. I just happened to get stuck with a server who was busy, yet she was a slow mover, and slightly forgetful. In her defense, she did thank me for my patience.
