This boba shop is my favorite boba shop out of all of the ones I know in Claremont, North Park, and Hillcrest. They use fresh tea bags and also fresh fruit or ingredients. It tastes really good, I liked getting the different yogurt flavors. But for now I will stick with mother's favorite. View all feedback.

I give it a 3 because the drinks are delicious but the customer service needs some improvement, I get it's 5:30 pm, long shift maybe but still I don't come to get pouty faces and hurry up with my order, I'm still new to the boba world but I can't even ask a question without a full on deep breath. And I tried calling 2 times 15 min apart and no answer. I arrive and call to see if it might not be working, No it is work... View all feedback.
