I ordered an Italian B.M.T., picked it up from the restaurant and when I got home and unwrapped it I saw there was no meat on the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and they offered to make me a new one, however I thought they would at least comp the sandwich. It took me away from work to drive back to get a new one and I expected more from their customer service. View all feedback.
