We were on a cruise leaving at 9pm. we went ashore about 5pm to try some local culture etc. After a couple of OK bars we stopped at the Arkaba as it had locals sitting outside eating and drinking. The young waiter Cedric was very attentive and efficient. Snacks of olives and nuts were served with the superb quality wines.
