We arrived at 1pm and it was packed, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our order was good, except for the coffee, which needs to be improved because it is literally water, it has no flavor. If you want good coffee, this is not the place. Our waiter was very attentive. The prices are always very reasonable. The pancakes are exquisite. We always visit East Windsor, CT and Holyoke. Got their French dip special with fries to go. I was told it would be 5 minutes (which is incredibly fast) and it took roughly 20 minutes (which is incredibly slow). The fries were warm potato chips with garlic parm seasoning on them or something similar.
