Sono stato diverse volte durante viaggio di lavoro e l'ho considerato sempre caro e mediocre mangiando solo pizzoccheri che sono in realtà gnocchetti con formaggio e verdure. Questa volta ho preso un piatto di selvaggina con funghi verdure e spazle e sembrava tutto cotto separatamente e assemblato al momento e ricoperto di salsa ... oltretutto decisamente caro.
