Compared to the vegan food you can get in Edinburgh or Glasgow the food at Ugly Mug is not really exciting, but given that they are in the much tinier Stirling it is definitely a good choice. They did not use much salt in the cooking and combinations were a bit weird (Thai curry with Udon noodles... but the taste was overall okay. Some of the dishes were pretty good and some were bland.
