Firstly IOT is right on Tarragona's best beach with loads of tables outside and big glass windows to sit inside for winter. The place itself is kind of laid-back and Mediterranean feeling. Too expensive, chaotic service, poor presentation, short variety. We were a big group, we ordered from the night menu, dishes came out slowly, some orders really too late, with poor presentation.
