I have been served a number of times by Concetta and Jolene' and they have a realistic sense of humour. They go above and beyond and provide a great service.The other staff do their best and do a great job in serving customers in some really challenging situations. Thought we would try the new "all day Breakfast" well I don't expect to actually wait all day to get it. They poured our coffee and it sat for over 10 min and then I asked why it was taking so long the manager did not apologize just said well you ordered breakfast and now that it is close to lunch it takes longer.
