Where do you eat on your lunch break? Let the sun shine on your belly!

Just in the today's time in that so much happens inside and particularly much in the bad office air, one should treat oneself the small time-out at noon and eat outside.

If you are outside - in nature - you can listen to the hopefully pure air (Asia is not included) as well as the sounds of trees and animals. This tranquility and the contrast to the fast world in the office and on the streets offer the possibility to devote oneself to all the other sensory impressions in a slightly different way. 

Many people find their inner peace and quiet in nature. Of course, this usually does not happen during a lunch break, but as is well known, one should start small.

If you don't have the park right next to the office entrance, you can assume that anything you take with you is more likely to be enjoyed cold. Salads and / or sandwiches or wraps are of course available; here are a few ideas:

The balanced mixture of green leaf salad with tomatoes, sometimes a little mushrooms, fried chicken and croutons gives the salad a unique taste both hot and cold.

 

Fried bacon, turkey steaks, ham and cheese in a combination with chicken breast, tomatoes and salad; add mayonnaise and you have the famous New York Club Sandwich

 

A good alternative is a sandwich with chicken salad instead of the well-known club sandwich ingredients. In the chicken salad, apples, herbs or onions refine the meat, so that the salad can be adjusted to your taste.

In addition to the meat-containing variants, there are of course also meat-free variants. Vegetables such as zucchini, peppers and eggplant are added as alternatives. Avocado is often used in the vegetarian case to provide a good flavor carrier with a fine taste of its own.

The tuna-mayonnaise-sauce mixture has some similarities with chicken salad. But that is only externally the case. If you love the fishy taste of tuna, you are definitely on the safe side with a tuna wrap

Whether with or without meat. This variant of the wrap with the addition of Parmesan chunks or better - slices and the typical Caesar sauce is in both cases a great treat for a relaxed lunch outside - whether on the park bench or directly on the meadow.

It can be naturally also the Fast Food from the kiosk or from the next kiosk: Whether Currywurst or Burger - whether Pommes or Döner. Basically, you can enjoy just about everything outside.

If you don't want to take anything with you, invite somebody or just enjoy the fresh air in the evening with a nice drink and a small or even a big meal, then of course a beer garden is the right place for you.  

Actually "beer garden" is almost the wrong term for what we get there in the meantime. In the past it was actually about serving beer without the need for such a permit. Nowadays it is of course sometimes about the half or the cyclist, but also much more about the food which is offered there. Especially in Bavaria, beer gardens with their pretzel dumplings, white sausages and pretzels, as well as the knuckle of pork have a great tradition and are also very popular.

The trend to the beer garden - or at least the name - has meanwhile sloshed over into almost every area of gastronomy. And for those who can't go with a large beer garden seating arrangement, there are at least one or two tables by the street or in the courtyard where guests can sit outside and enjoy their meal.
