[homemade] Hickory-smoked alligator served on a bed of spicy hot crawfish. Cajun food from South Louisiana.

Ok, you know I have to ask…what does alligator taste like? Smoked chicken? "Momma says that alligators are ornery cause they got all dem teeth but no toothbrush." Been in SWLA my whole life and never seen a crawfish boil done like that
