As someone who frequently makes this and mainly uses a mandolin when I do, absolutely gorgeous and holy cow the the patience and consistency. 13/10 excellent, save me a plate I’ll bring a bottle of wine

• 1 year agoI've cooked all those vegetables and they all come out like piles of mush and wet. I've cooked part of this dish but didn't include tomatoes and again just pure water. I do not understand how people are getting this semi- dry looking final products.
