I'm so confused is this nigiri for ants or the world's biggest lemon and cutting board? Either way I'd love to be an ant rn Huge thanks to /u/SushiDaddy420 for helping me sort out slicing for nigiri. I cut the belly loin to 8 cm blocks and then cut perpendicular as [they recommended here](https://www.reddit.com/r/sushi/comments/w5apvh/prepping_salmon_for_nigiri_and_salmon_block_cost/ih6xh1l/). I was able to make neta down to the last slice without it falling apart Will have a follow-up video posted sometime (hopefully soon)
