"That was a feast so we wanted to come back here. The waitress was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and she was there whenever we needed her. The food was quite good; I had the cod that was delicious. My wife had the steak frits. It was well seasoned, etc., but she asked about somewhere between medium and medium rare, and it really came rare and was almost cold in the middle. It was a good meat cut, so we took it home to use it again. We had dessert and it was excellent."

"Chicken broccoli Alfredo is excellent. 4 cheese ravioli is pretty good and meatballs are good. Eggplant Parm was a little bland and the pizza needs work from our perspective. It wasn't bad, it just isn't up to par with what we call excellent pizza. Nice staff and great drinks!"

"I need to go back!. Stopped in late one Sunday just before closing. I was waited on promptly, even though the two workers were filling a large order for the group in front of me. Wraps can vary with size from place to place, I would say the Wrap Shack’s are medium. I ordered the philly steak and it came out fast. The taste was amazing and the chips that came with it were very good as well. I would recommend the Wrap Shack and will also return next time Im in Bristol."

"Soo good and such great service! The Portuguese Burger is a must!! And the man at the counter gives great service and always willing to help a customer out! I dropped my burger once and they cooked one up fresh and had another one ready for pick up in 10 mins! Cant beat service like that. Definitely recommend it!"

"Very disappointing. Came for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Not super busy. Was sat outside and after a good 15-20 minutes had gone by without being greeted saw the host and asked who our server was because nobody came by. Several servers had come out and several times and not one thought it off that we had no drinks and still had our menus? He sent someone out who I think mumbled something about maybe this area wasn?t supposed to be sat? I don?t know. She wasn?t rude but not interested. I ordered a Reuben and it was missing the dressing on it. I should?ve asked for a side of it but I honestly didn?t think the server would even check on us but she surprisingly did but I forgot to. It was a disappointing experience."
In nice weather you can even be served in the outdoor area.
