"Neat train car next to outdoor seating, cool, laid back atmosphere. Wish I had taken pics, the food was delicious, even our 3 kids who said I don’t like crab ate so much of our crab we had to order a 3rd order!! We got the tiger walk plates. The customer service was top notch, very friendly, fast and knowledgeable."

"Cool staff, awesome drinks but the chef was not so great. Nice menu, bad execution multiple times during our visit. Wife took me here for my birthday. They offer a private room for free which is nice. However, this is a HIGH END restaurant and the food was just not what it should be. Go for the drinks, eat elsewhere. Check my history, I have eaten everywhere. How do you offer table side dover fish but it 's not prepared tableside? We had to ask the young man...can you come closer? No flavor and dry. My steak was the incorrect temp, had to send that $70 steak back. Just odd for a place this expensive and with 25 Years of history."

"I lucked up on a reservation at Seagar's over the very busy Labor Day Weekend. It was literally the last reservation available for the entire holiday weekend. I think someone canceled and I stumbled upon the opening. I booked it but after reading some reviews I almost canceled the reservation but I didn't. I am so glad I decided to keep it. Lobster Bisque was wonderful as well as bread and butter, small filet and sautéed mushrooms. It was so good I went back the next night night and ate at the bar. I had the Lobster Bisque again, Tuna Tartar and Crème Brule. I had every intention in trying to find another seat at the bar on my third and last night but I was just to drained from a full day at the beach so instead I ate my left over filet and sautéed mushrooms in the room. This was my third stay at the Hilton Sandestin but my first time to eat here. I will make it a must do every time I am there from here on out"
