"I ask for an order at 7 p.m. to pick it up at 9:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing . My order was simple: a pizza with the least complicated and most abundant ingredients (in logic.. . Only, when I arrived, the restaurant, having knowledge of my number and my name, told me that my pizza had not been made because they had nothing left in stock. An alternative for another pizza was offered to me outside as a customer, I have the exact knowledge of what I really want. Under the influence of fatigue, hunger and exhaustion from a long day that demotivated me to cook at home, I agree to take a mix of 2 tapas as compensation for my stomach. Despite the time spent, the trip and the inconvenience caused, not a single commercial gesture was offered to me: price reduction, percentage of the order less, etc. I who live in the region, I find myself disappointed and do not recommend this restaurant if you plan to come after 9 p.m. (according to my observation"
