"Previously one of my favorite Thai restaurant and have visited almost any alternative week for the evening meal with my family for the last years. when I visited this evening, I was charged for the full price, instead of the meal price. the reason why the new personal is my children (7 and 10) is not allowed to share a meal (which I always did in the past, and the staff even gave us additional plate for the exchange and I was not even informed when ordering. also the new staff was not friendly. Hopefully they will look into this and keep up with the previous friendly, warm restaurant standard they had."

"The coffee was weak , the cups of tea were only half full. The hot chocolate had very little flavour. Drinking vessels were paper cups no China cups because there wasn’t a dishwasher. The final insult was it was so expensive £11.50 for 3...drinks in paper cups and a bottle of water. Overall a very disappointing experience especially when there are some lovely shops at Burwash but what’s the point in going back if the cafe is so poor. Certainly couldn’t recommend Burwash as a result."
