"Just outside of Lucerne in a quiet location. If you are a non-smoker like us be sure to ask for non-smoking or you will be put in the smoking section. We were automatically ushered to the smoking section. I was about to leave when a gentleman I assume was the owner asked if I needed help and I asked him if he had a non-smoking section, He said yes and led us to a formal dining area of the restaurant. It seems people in Lucerne are not too concerned about smoking. Other than that the service was very good. The meal was excellent. The waitress very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant."

"Room was really nice. It's a bit far away from Lucerne and buses don't run frequently so plan accordingly. Views were good even with bad weather."

"How were with 10 people at the beginning february too hospitable. we had a previously agreed menu with fixed price for eating and drinks only unfortunately we had to find out that the preordered wee were unfortunately not passing, therefore did not have the ideal drinking temperature. the food was brandy and indulgent. in the appetizer we serve a fresh leaf salad with fried garnelen and tomatenpesto, in the soupe a clear bark broth with a small mark, in the main dish a bark fillet on a buffished pastry with baked potatoes, spice and a tasty red wine sauce. in the aftertaste there was a unfortunately very lemon lasting cream brule with a ball vanilla ice cream."

"The view from the pick is absolutely stunning! The round trip ticket with the cable car cost 78 CHF. I went on Sunday so the line for taking the gondola was huge. I waited 30-40 min in the line despite the fact that I had an online ticket purchased before. You should consider 2-3 hours at the peak of the mountain. There are several points to eat, souvenir and Swiss watches shops and restaurants. Don't forget to wear comfy clothes and shoes, otherwise it will be difficult to hike."

"It is truly 4,5 star but the food is better then expected in such diner therefore I give 5. The place is located in extremely beautiful place. Door is very good in interesting porcine. Toilet is clean. The staff could be nicer but they have not so open culture so cannot hold it against them. If you are climbing Polaris definitely stop there."
