"I'm sorry but this was bad. It's like chipotle from wish. It even ends up costing more than chipotle, idk how. It lacks flavor, all their stuff looks like the wrong color. It lacks marination for the asada. The fajitas were weak too. It was just disappointing as I could have ate from the other two poppin stores there."

"Went here last night after the Cirque du Soliel show, Toruk-The First Flight. My wife and I looked it up on Yelp and read the reviews, which were mostly positive. It's rated 4 stars and was open late, another plus. We loved everything about this place. It has a very classy Hawaiian plantation theme decor. Both the food and service were (not to sound cliche), spot on. I had a delicious New England clam chowder soup as the appetizer, coconut crusted Mahi Mahi with brown rice and steamed mixed vegetables for my main entree, and sticky bun ice cream sundae for dessert that we shared. My wife had the lobster tacos. The coconut crusted Mahi Mahi was superior, but believe or not I enjoyed the soup and dessert the most! The sticky bun ice cream sundae is a warm cinnamon bun topped with vanilla-cinnamon ice cream.....mouth watering! If you're ever in the South Bay and Manhattan Beach, check this place out....you won't regret it!"

"Incredible in every way except that the party of 6 in the booth next to us was so loud that we had to scream above them to try to hear our own conversation. I guess it’s not the restaurants fault but be more assertive than we were and ask to switch tables if this happens to you. The food, service and views were all EXCELLENT, however!"

"Rock’N Fish is one of the most popular food destinations in Manhattan Beach. I went here on Wednesday night, and while the streets were quiet everywhere, Rock’N Fish had hardly any room to stand. It was COMPLETELY full, it was good that we had a reservation! So we start with the atmosphere. It has a fully equipped bar, and two large plasma TVs that are great to watch sports, so it is quite loud and rough in the main dining area. There is also a loft area and a slanted outdoor seating area, which is somewhat quieter. It is a great place for a cold night with friends. The food. I was here twice, and so far I liked quite everything – except my gut! In a place called Rock’N Fish, I thought I would better order the fish... but so far both fish dishes had been overcooked. I'm really picky about my fish, so it's probably still pretty good for most people. The bread they serve, however, is a freshly baked, warm sourdough leaves where the interior is perfectly soft and the outside is perfectly crispy. The sweet potatoes are AWESOME, as are the garlic potatoes. The spicy Mac n’ cheese is ok... It wasn't really very sharp. We had sticky toffee pudding a la mode for dessert, which was also super... I've never had an authentic sticky toffee pudding from the uk, but this tastes quite exactly like the haagen daaz ice sticky pudding taste, but even better. Even the mint — instead of the traditional Starlite mint (which I do not really like), they had mint-flavored salt water taffy. yum! I would totally recommend coming here as long as you have a reservation – otherwise could You wait a very, very long time. Just order something different from her fish, b/c everything else around me looked really good."
