"The restaurant since 3 years ago looks much nicer inside and outside. The outdoor seating was built nicely. The house salad was delicious. However, I've never been to any Italian restaurant where some type of bread was not offered while waiting on food or with the dish. If you do sit on the patio, the staff tend to forget you're out there. Service was mediocre. Our server wasn't in a bad mood, but just had a bland attitude. The server gave me a weird look when I told her I didn't want to order any wine today. My Dr.pepper was flat and the beer too. Some requests were ignored, and some things were wrong. The food was very bland and simple. The small pizza is more like a kid's pizza."

"Make sure you ask for your receipt before you pay. I was charged without being shown a receipt and wondered why the bill was so high. I asked the waitress if I can get a copy of my receipt and noticed she had charged 25% for her tip already, which came out to be $27 for tip. I do not have a problem paying for good service or when there is more than six people per table. In this case it was just my wife, my daughter, and I, so to charge that much just for 3 people is ridiculous."

"Positiw: pretty community. nice swimming pool and volleyball court. it ended for us. Cons:-They are only allowed two guests per house for the pleasant, so forget about family meetings at the pool or volleyball court club as cabinets in the entrance for motels. no place to sneak our daughters. no cabinets in the bathroom for hand towels and other items only one cabinet. (you can get a storage unit we did, but it is extra tied to their rental only for basic storage items)-PARKING! it's terrible, we always had a parking garage where they can get out on the floor. not here, only the 1st and 3rd stages have gone out and they are not even guaranteed a place on these days, so with my 1 year old to collect food from the 5th floor on the 1st for that they can of course also pay 100/month. it's just crazy.-They work with a drag company to drive only the whole day to the complex to throw them even if they just crash objects quickly. I tried to throw away my food and then park my car, as there was no parking space on my floor and they drag me in within 3 minutes to foot to drop a charge. my man mentioned it because the half of my food was still in the car. the leasing just told him “not our problem, don’t park there” for us so it wasn’t a good experience. I hope they fix some of these problems"
