"Very nice place. Enjoyed a nice beer overlooking some of the most beautiful scenery i have had the privilege to view! I might add the great company! The beer was delicious fresh and crisp. We did not try the food but i can assure you it looked and smelled absolutely scrumptious. Service was fantastic quick and well timed. Look forward to returning."

"We have dined in only once. We ate at the family side of the restaurant. We waited for 40 minutes before asking our server where our drinks were. She had forgotten and there were maybe 6-10 customers in the restaurant. While we waited three other tables just got up and left likely because they waited and got no service. I tried to order and my first two choices were not available. I finally settled for a chicken parmesan meal. What I got was a chicken breast with breading on it. It was absolutely terrible. My second experience was ordering Chinese food for pickup. This was far and away the worst Chinese food I have ever had. First the pricing was ridiculously high. We paid more than $110.00 for food for two people. Each dish was put in takeout containers and the bottom 1 inch of each container were filled with rice. There was not enough food for the two of us unless all we wanted was rice. The food tasted nothing like any Chinese food I have ever had in my life. You could not pay me to ever eat that food again. I would not recommend this food to my worst enemy. I think management needs to re-evaluate their quality and their pricing. It will not take long for the word to get around that this is a place to avoid if you are looking for quality food and service. NEVER AGAIN."

"So we have been coming up to Perry Sound for a few years because our cottage is about an hour away. The lakefront is always beautiful to visit and we always saw a line out the door for this restaurant all the time. This year we got lucky and there was no line. Everyone told us this is a great place to eat if we can get in. When we got there the place looked nice but it was just simple construction nothing fancy but nothing ugly either. The menu as you can see by others pictures is very simple. it's like they don't have a real chef creating a menu It's all just simple prepared meals that they can throw together quick. I ordered the fish and chips and my partner got the pulled brisket. There were like 40 people there most already had their food but it took about 35 minutes for our meal to come. My fish were very small but I got two. the coleslaw was less than a mouthful in the same small plastic take out sauce container it tasted like vinegar and water on 5 cents of cabbage. It's all the beginning of the day prepped and thrown in the fridge stuff I know but could have been put in a presentable container for table service. The fish was good but was not fresh it was frozen but still good with a light batter that melted in your mouth. I also got some tartar sauce in that same plastic to-go sauce container. The fries were just typical fries. For $22 you would expect more and all the reviews saying this place is so amazing. it was meh at best for the price and not really worth all the hype. again look at the menu for yourself, it's mostly frozen pub food and stuff that can be prepared in the morning. Nothing seems fresh. lots of other restaurants to choose from in the area that have real chefs making real menus with fresh ingredients and not just deep fried everything. Also my partner ordered two things and both were out of stock and heard the server speaking to another table after our order that two more things were out of stock so 4 menu items were gone out of like 16 items to choose from. We won't be going back. it looks nice from the outside but that's about it unless you like pub food at restaurant pricing. $61 for 2 meals and 2 soft drinks...Look at the other reviews on here. The owner is absent from their own reviews. There seems to be no care about this restaurant. It is easy to tell when an owner does not care about their business by looking at the other reviews and by looking at the menu."

"Although we don't usually go for fast food, my husband and I stopped here for lunch on a rainy day...and to give us a change from Tim Horton's visited during some of our previous trips to Canada. Our burgers were terrific, especially when we discovered we could choose from many toppings. And we shared that Canadian favorite: an order of poutine. Well done, Harvey's! We'll remember you for future trips to the north."

"Me and my best friend are leaving Kill Bear have a 4 hour drive in front of us. Naturally, we go into the closest Tim Hortons (this one) for a bathroom break and some food. Well, it was PACKED- like out the door. Young girl at the cash was not friendly. After waiting 20 minutes, they told my friend that they didn’t have any hash browns left for her breakfast sandwich. They gave her a chicken wrap instead after discussing it and then my order, which came second, has a hash brown??? What?? The older lady manager was nice and on it. They need more staff and organizing. Judging by reviews, this is a consistent issue."

"Excellent service and delicious food! This was our first visit. We're not from the area and were just visiting for the day. We were seated on the patio immediately upon arrival. Our dog was also allowed to join us there. Our waitress came to take our drink orders right away. Service was efficient and well paced. Our son has a dairy allergy that we didn't think to mention because he ordered a dish we didn't think would have dairy by default. When it arrived with cheese the waitress offered to take it back right away and have the kitchen make him a fresh plate without the cheese. They delivered on this promise very swiftly and my son ended up devouring his entire meal. We were very grateful and appreciative of how well they handled this for us. And all the food was made with love! We felt very welcome and well taken care of for the entire dining experience. We look forward to going back to try some of their other menu items one day. Thank you for such a great meal!"
