"The pancakes were absolutely delicious. The food is definitely five stars. I gave them four because they need to make better use of the space that they have. They have space that could be used to seat additional people and still not be crowded. We had to wait about an hour to be seated but there food arrived fairly quickly."

"One of the most popular Okinawa soba restaurants. It looks simple, but the depth of flavor is astonishing. I could eat it every day. The restaurant is so popular that it is always crowded, but customers change quickly, so you will not have to wait long to get in. When you enter the restaurant, you must first buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine. Note that only cash is accepted."

"Incompetent customer service. I am a military service woman with the USMC and I have been going to this establishment for two years. I order the same thing every time I have given patronage-jalapeño and cheddar lumpia. Coincidentally, I ordered the very same thing the evening prior. So when I called, made and picked up my order the following day, it was surprising to find that it was not correct. I received Shanghai Lumpia. I am Jewish and I observe kosher practices. When I found this discrepancy I immediately I called the worker to report it. She, in turn, apologized and told me to come back in the evening when they would be reopened. I complied and came at that time. When I arrived I called from the parking lot to let them know I was here for the order whenever it was ready. The same woman asked me why I didn’t bring the old order to exchange. I told her she didn’t informed me of that stipulation. She said she couldn’t replace it without the old order. I reminded her that we are in the middle of COVID-19 and that wouldn’t even make sense when she already knows she mistook my order. She said she was powerless to do anything. Then she transferred me to the manager know reiterated her sentiments (I respect the united front). However, the restaurant was not helpful or loyal to its long time customer and I felt it completely unacceptable that the owner did not correct their errors. Such a small issue to lose a loyal customer. He even make a comparison to going to McDonald’s and having the same mishap happen. I assured him that McDonald’s isn’t so cheap that they would ask to set their eyeballs on every incorrectly ordered French fry in order to correct their problem. I am severely disappointed in this restaurant. Such a shame, really like their food. I would have savored it more if I knew it was going to be the last time."
