"Every time I have something to do in Saint-Maurice, I took the habit of eating in this real bistro in the neighbourhood and family atmosphere and offering a wide choice of beer. The kitchen is good and regular without pretension but tasteful. This noon I have eaten röstis with bacon cheese, good quality and a cup of ice with ballay. The boss doesn't miss to joke with us while serving us with professionalism. A good address."
