"It was my Dad's birthday and we went for fish and chips. My wife and I ordered halibut dinner. My sister the same only double battered!!! My dad had the perch dinner. We all enjoyed it. It was delicious as usual and our waitress Zoe...was so nice!!"

"First of all, we weren't planning on returning to this location, as the last time we were here, it was a bad experience as well. Decided to try again, as we were invited to go with friends to celebrate a birthday. We all ordered a...drink when we were seated, to enjoy BEFORE our meal, not during. After asking times and getting the excuse that the bar was backed up, we finally got our drinks after a min wait and at the same time that our meal came. I had asked when I ordered my meal if my salad would come first, as it was one of my sides. Our waiter assured me that it would. Well, I got my meal and no salad! Our waiter once again apologized and said he forgot to bring my salad. I have never had a server say I'm sorry' so many times during a meal. He also never once came back to see if everything was ok. He probably didn't want to hear about the drink and the salad. One of my friends had crab legs with his meal and didn't get the crackers for them until he was half way through his meal. Red Lobster used to be a special treat for us and enjoyed it immensely. This has not been the case on our last visits. The management seriously needs to step it up a notch and maybe train your servers properly. This was a very disappointing experience, not once, but twice in the last months! We will not be returning. There are other places to get good seafood that isn't a chain, and knows how to treat their customers right.For the price of the food, which has increased again, service should be top notch!"

"Whenever I want a really good patio experience in the Windsor-Essex region, I jump in the car and cruise east on Riverside Drive to hang out at Lilly Kazzilly's. This restaurant sits on a marina and the patio overlooks the docks, which spend a lot of the summer buzzing with activity. The view is great and the sound of the water lapping against the boats is soothing. The menu is what most would expect at a marina crab shack. The fish and sea food selections are simple but appetizing. The clam chowder is decent. Pasta, sandwiches and surf-n-turf round out the menu. There are a few standouts on the menu, especially for those who are not big on fish. The politically incorrect appetizer Oriental Nachos is a lick-smacking treat of broccoli, snow peas, zucchini, yellow peppers and tomatoes smothered in melted cheese and sweet n' sour sauce, served on deep-fried wonton chips. And for dessert, a key lime pie option that is tart and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the kitchen turns out orders quickly."
