"I rarely wright a review and if I do it's usually good reviews. However my experience tonight at the A&W in Mount Forest was pretty rough. First off the AC I guess was broken and from looking at the reviews it has been down for awhile, so not fair to the working staff and customers. Secondly and the main issue I had was the service. I went out with my family for dinner an hour ago, and had coupons. I looked at the coupons I had and saw a burger fry and drink coupon and used that one. It was the beyond meat burger thinking it was either just a regular burger or something beyond and better. Little did I know it was a veggie burger. They mentioned it would be 10 minutes so i said ok no worries, sat there and waited. After realizing that's weird that it's going to take 10 minutes maybe it's a different type of burger. I went to ask the staff. The manager or supervisor on staff who had just come in from a vape session right outside the front of the building said it was a veggie burger. I said oh I had no idea, did you already put it on the grill, if you did no worries I can just pay for a normal burger on top of what I had already paid for. She replied irritated to be there and said it's already on the grill. Clearly didn't want to be there and continue the conversation so I just said ok no worries. After waiting another 2 minutes I thought about it some more and said to myself I'm not going to eat this so let's just get what I want. So I asked another lady who was at the front if I could just get another burger and she went to the vaping supervisor and the vaping supervisor said so first you ordered a beyond burger, then said you wanted a different one then said it was fine and now you want a different one. So I replied back asking why she was in such a bad mood hence the reason I said forget about it in the first place and she replied she wasn't and that she had just been there for 5 hours in this heat so it seems like she is irritated. She then said I have the veggie burger here for you now if you want that. I was worried at this point since she seemed pissed already and that I was ruining her day just asking to get a new burger that I would pay for she would then spit in the new one so I just said sure I'll just take the veggie burger. I went to go eat with my family and took one bite of the burger and it was so squishy and seemed fake. I ended up spitting it out and just through it out. As I was sitting out there. The vaping supervisor went back out to vape some more. Then we left. I get it, was really hot in there, and they are probably getting paid just over minimum wage. But it ruined a Saturday night out with my family which we don't get to do often. Especially when I was even offering to pay extra for the new normal burger. It is what it is, but the vaping lady just has to realize sometimes people look forward to those little moments going out with there family and if you get spoken to like that it just ruins their night.Vegetarian options: ?"

"Horrible. Horrible, horrible. Stood in line with others for over 20 minutes plenty of staff working but all of them stood around talking to each other totally oblivious that they actually get paid to serve customers. Then they all walked to the back did not come back and serve any of us. I left without ordering and went elsewhere. Do not go here. You won't get served. This is awful for Tim Hortons."

"Stopped here on our road trip. Great little find. We had the California wrap the Reggae wrap. Both were delicious. Sat out back on the picnic tables. Worth the stop. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30"

"It was a blustery December day when my husband, daughter and I traveled to Neustadt for a day trip. We 'd driven through before and always wanted to stop. We are very glad we did!! It 's My Pleasure was the last place we visited before heading...out for the day and as we walked through the door, we were wrapped in a warm, delicious smelling embrace. It is a very tiny shop with just a couple chairs to take a load off and it is stuffed to the brim with scrumptious treats. The lady that owns the shop bakes and makes everything you see and I wish I could remember her name. She has regular customers and knows them all by name and also by what they 'll order! No fewer than three other customers came into and out of the shop while we were there and it got very, very cozy (in a good way). She sure has a sense of humour! My husband asked do you guys take visa? (they do) to which she replied It 's not 'you guys ', it 's just me! And yes, I do. . There 's so much variety it 's difficult to decide but we ended up with a lemon scone, a cherry dream bar and a take away bowl of bacon, cheddar, potato chowder! All items quickly disappeared and we were especially appreciative of the chowder on that cold day."
