"Came here for dinner with my family and having lived in South Africa for a number of years, I guess I was expecting more. The food tasted good but my chicken leg was small,and for the price and the amount of food it is way over priced. Take a look at my photo of my quarter chicken meal with one side for $12. Proof is in the picture. Staff was friendly and place was clean. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. Will wait till I go back to South Africa before I visit another nando's. Sorry to say."

"I found out that the Orleans Star newspaper held a local competition in 2013 for which local folks were asked to vote for the Pizza Restaurant which they felt provided the best service, and the winner was, River Pizza , thus the person who left the review about the service not being great is likely the only person, or one of very few people who have gauged River Pizzas ' service in such an incongruous manner. The service is phenomenal, the staff are professional, they are polite, courteous and are extremely loyal to their customers. The stores in both Cumberland and Orleans are sparkling clean, and the food is very fresh. I have personally tried almost every pizza stores ' pizza in Orleans throughout the last 24 years and River Pizzas ' pizza makes them all look like frozen pizza that was cooked in a microwave for 5 minutes. River Pizzas ' pizza is a homemade style pizza baked in a very high quality oven on a baking stone and thus the pizza cooks thoroughly, and additionally there is a generous amount of cheese and a healthy volume of toppings on them. I have tried Moma Rosas which a previous reviewer preffered to River Pizza and although it is better than most pizza stores in Orleans, River Pizzas ' quality is toweringly superior to Moma Rosas. Indeed there is a great reason why the people of Orleans voted for River Pizza as being the best pizza store in Orleans and that is because they appreciate the best service and the great family type atmosphere that is enjoyed with the experience of joining the River Pizza family! Another matter worth noting is that they also have plenty of other types of food there including subs, donairs, wings, pastas, hamburgers, onion rings, french fries, garlic bread and many other great types of foodstuffs. Chef Ramsey, one of the most famous chefs and food critics in the world would have every great reason to praise the service and quality of food at River Pizza which the staff there have great pride in providing to the great communities of Orleans and Cumberland or to any people visiting these two beautiful communities."

"Order the hash brown folks! DO NOT FORGET THE HASH! I came here with my friend for brunch on a Sunday. The place was packed and this looks like a go-to place of most of the locals. Everyone knows everybody. The coffee tastes ok. Typical diner coffee. It’s free for the 1st order. 2nd refill is $0.50 I ordered the Kozy Signature Omelette with hash brown, and oh-boy! That hashbrown was the bomb! The omelette was huge and delicious. It’s a family owned restaurant so you’ll notice the resemblance in all the staffs. I just didn’t like the fact that they weren’t attentive enough on our table. I had to stand up and grab milk on the other table for my coffee. But overall, food was amazing! Definitely recommended when you’re around the area."

"The Dutch Groceries and Giftware store have become a holiday tradition with our family. From the pasteries, condiments, and wonderful cheeses we look forward to our visits here. Never miss getting our syrup waffles, Beemster cheese, and Conimex seasonings. They have a wide selection of...giftware and is my go to' place for my favourite kitchen towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shopping here is a little piece of Europe and always a fun time. Completely recommend!"
