"This place is cash only, so don't be caught off guard! I believe there is an ATM inside the restaurant. The food is classic San Diego Mexican food, with huge portions, and the drive thru that seems almost mandatory. Personally I just go through the drive thru because The place seems small. The food is cheap, the employees are all really cool, and filled up my reusable water bottle for me, and were very friendly even when I changed my order at the window. (Sorry about that! Absolutely worth it, if you're starving this place hits the spot."

"It's changed. You no longer sit in the comfortable area it is bar and terrace bar only. The waiter was extremely friendly. However, the food was not a bowl Chicken Sald was 90% cabbage the Vinaiigrette Dressing was vinegar. The chorizo and egg plate was terrible and my Mr is not one to complain, it was sour with tomatoes and green onions in it. The beans are obviously from a can. This use to be our hangout, but the last two times were pure disappointment."

"You can’t go wrong with the beach and when it come to cravings everyone loves tacos. So we figured why not! Let’s taste some local flavor and see if the buzz is buzzing toward the right kind of food. We ordered our so cal favorites: chicken quesadilla, rolled tacos, carne sada burrito and chimichanga beef. Out of all the selection the chicken quesadilla and the carne was the best. Without help from the salsa these items would not make the cut. The beans were dry and rice was too. This place is good for a quick bite, but lacking in the flavor department. Decent.."

"Beautifully clean and crisp. has a space in the free as well as a large bar area. they must either call or enter their name as soon as the location fills up quickly. eating was quite decent, although not as tasteful as I would like. and the house margaritas will do the trick if they were out of something classic with a stroke."

"The store is very small compared to other locations. The staff did not seem to want to work at all and the drink counter area was a huge mess. It seems the service has gone down from what i remember a few years ago."
