"We ate here on a Saturday night. There were a mixture of guests from various other European countries as well as native French speakers. The hostess was very genial and showed us straight to our table which we had reserved on line. We picked the mid price menu 28 euros which was 4 courses, more than we really needed to eat, but there didn't seem to be an à la carte menu. The starter o e would have been sufficient: a generous plate of Aveyron cold meats. Thankfully our main: hampe de boeuf wasn't so big, but it was nice to have vegetables with it. Then on to the cheese course followed by an extensive list of home made and delicious desserts. We left feeling replete, the only downside of the whole visit was having to leave at the same time as a thunderstorm"

"We stayed in this glorious old mansion for six summer days, which is beautifully placed at the beautiful Estaing, central enough to explore the Pittoric Aveyron in all winds. Thinking with pleasure and a twig back to our cozy room, the excellent breakfast and the nice conversations with Laurent and Eric, who are lovely hosts, and we are very useful and interesting that we've given the gifts. Definitely a terrorist."
