"Lors de ma viste au Cheval Blanc à Orvin, le Restaurant affichait complet. Nous avons dégusté les Moules marinières qui étaient délicieux. J'ai également eu l'occasion de goûter les cuisses de grenouilles, le foie gras de canard poêlé, les suprèmes de cailles sur son lit de choucroute au Sauterne et le carpaccia de boeuf. Tous ces plats valaient le détour et sont à recommander. Les Desserts sont faits maison et le vin dégusté, un gamaret de Genève étaient une bonne surprise. Une autre fois volontiers :-), peut-être pour la chasse qui est parait-il succulente."

"Ce restaurant est caché dans la zone industrielle de Bienne, sur la Route de Soleure. Je l’ai découvert en juin et nous y sommes allés 4 fois depuis, la dernière fois il y a quelques jours.La gestion est familiale, l’accueil est chaleureux et le service attentif.La nourriture, de type familial, est excellente, copieuse et pour des prix que je n’ai jamais vus dans aucun autre restaurant : un énorme plat de pâtes coûte entre 11.- et 14.-, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les pizzas, quant à elles, sont dans le même ordre de prix, et elles sont très bonnes (par exemple, comptez 13.- pour une jambon-champignons). Une salade mêlée est à CHF 5.50. Le prix des boissons est inférieur à la moyenne (je n’ai pas gardé les tickets mais je me souviens qu’un martini, un coca-cola et une bière reviennent à CHF 10.30 - du jamais vu !!!- ). Une mention particulière pour les « gnocchi alla panna », qui sont un pur délice. Si on veut des lasagnes, faites maison d'ailleurs, il faut les commander à l’avance. C’est mon restaurant chouchou de l’année !"
