"The Le Vieux Presbytere is the epitome of a local French restaurant that's off the beaten path and has good traditional meals. It's not fancy, but at the same time warm and traditional.Probably the best part for my wife and I was the service, the owner spoke perfect English and was amazingly nice. All of the food was good, I wouldn't call it gourmet but it was on part or better than most of the other meals we've had around St. Emillion. It was also very reasonably priced at €35 for a 3-course menu. My wife enjoyed the wine sampler menu also with 3 wines for €9.If you're in the mood for a French restaurant where the locals truly go, Le Vieux Presbytere is the place for you."
