"Had smoked trout with bread. The bread was homemade and very fresh. The trout was very tasty, unfortunately not from the in-house smoke oven. If you like to come back, prices are reasonable and the ambience in the small hiking village was very idyllic. If possible you should try to get a seat on the terrace, the view is very nice."

"Seit Januar 2016 ist K.-H. Wöhrmann Chef des Hauses. Am gemütlichen Interieur und dem malerischen Gastgarten musste nichts verändert werden, desgleichen wurde die bisherige reichhaltige Kuchenauswahl beibehalten, alles selbst gebacken. Ob Pfirsich-Quark-Torte oder Pflaumenkuchen vom Blech: Spitze.Auch der Lachspfannkuchen ist sehr empfehlenswert, Zudem wurden regelmäßig saisonale Schlemmerwochen eingeführt, entsprechende Flyer sind im Lokal ausgelegt. Da Herr Wöhrmann schon vorher die gute Seele des Hauses war, ist Kontinuität und, wo nötig, Verbesserung festzustellen. Personal flott, hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Ergo: Ein lohnendes Ziel für Radler, Wanderer und PKW-Gäste."
