"The 2nd Michelin star is more than deserved! Since March 2020 Mr. Obendorfer was awarded his 2nd Michelin star with his team, we were here for the first time. The kitchen has become much more refined and tasteful since last year. We chose the 7-course menu with the kitchen ridges it was over 10 courses and were surprised from gang to gang to new ones. The recommendations of Sommelier Mr. Pech were optimally matched to the dishes and the overall service was very friendly and professional. It was an absolutely enjoyable evening and we are looking forward to the next visit at a distance"

"On Sunday we were two in pfreimd. I had already seen in the internet in advance and found that there are probably several locals on the market. The place where we went to the market, we had to look a little until we found the inevitable building of the hotelgasthof wildnis on the market place 2. on this Sunday afternoon in nebligen november it was easy to find free parking in the nhe. from the road then some steps to the entrance of the hotel guesthouse. the first step left we take on the gaststube. in the rear area of the building is obviously another gas room or beside it. the after the annotation brood approx. 100 people are decorated and designed in contrast to the look of the somewhat lternal bode refreshingly modern and harmoniously. very positiw surprises the tuned color design from the room design to the visit card to the tellers. even if we were to be gassed in the place on Sunday at 13.00 o'clock, we were only a ltererherr in the gas room. service we were very nicely welcomed and we had a great selection at the (empty) tables. the service came immediately and was very friendly. they did not have to bring them up, but was very attentive to the entire stay. obviously this was a learned, more competent expert. the menu is optimal. in all areas (meat, salad, fish) there is a sufficient selection of equipment, but the card is not loaded. when the current day recommendation was offered. we order (and then also) a leberkndelsuppe (2,80 as well as pork-CordonBleu (8,20) after a short waiting period the leberkndelsuppe was served. they are served in this cold season pleasantly hot and in a dish with two linseeds (in contrast to other natives, where often only a small little is served in a suppentasse.) The suppe was a dense. I've never eaten such a good head soup. especially lob! after the suppe, the cordonbleu and at the same time the supplemental salad were added. I can't suffer the brittle if the salate has always been brought before the main course, obviously as an intermediate product until the main dish is finished. the cordonbleu was fresh from the pan, but for my taste a little greasy. all in taste. also the addition salad was fresh and in order. the price performance was great. we like to drink a quiet water. Unfortunately, this was not the case. an old and a medium water or water offered. then we'll choke a wine juice choir that was promised. a (empty) glass and a 0.2l bottle of grape juice (1.80 and a 0.25l bottle of frankenbrunnen until 1.80 , so we could mix. we came to 3,60 euro for 0.45l grape juice choir, already in the upper part for this opposite.
